Whether you are expecting or already have a baby, every parent knows that raising children is a tough job that is full of incredible joy and occasionally great frustration.  Knowing these frustrations are normal and being prepared to deal with them is what Project COPE is all about.  PROJECT COPE encourages parents to "Be A Parent With A Plan" for their crying baby  beforehand and  share that plan with other caregivers, including babysitters.
